Director Alia Arumpac-Masbud is currently the Officer-in-Charge of COA XII, having been designated on August 11, 2021, following her role as the Assistant Regional Director of the same office.

Director Arumpac-Masbud started her career with COA as a State Auditor I at the Regional Technical Service (RTS) of COA ARMM in 1998. She has served in various capacities in different COA Regional Offices, including Audit Team Leader (ATL) for different teams from 2007 to 2013. She was recognized for her exemplary work when she was awarded a Plaque of Recognition as the “Model Office Employee” of Cluster I, Local Government Sector, COA X.

In 2014, she was designated as the Technical Service Chief (TSC) of both COA ARMM and COA XII. She became the ATL of DPWH-ARMM while concurrently serving as the TSC of COA XII in January 2016. She had a brief stint at the Office of the Assistant Commissioner of the National Government Sector in 2017. Prior to her reassignment in Region XII, she was designated as the Assistant Director of the Technical Service Office at the COA Central Office in November 2017.

Director Arumpac-Masbud graduated summa cum laude with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration, both from Notre Dame University in Cotabato City. She further ursued a degree in BS Accountancy where she graduated cum laude. She is a member of the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) and the Sustainable Education and Enterprise Development Foundation in Mindanao, Inc.
